Benjamin H. Waddell
Ben is a 25-year-old American race car driver from Denver, Colorado.
A second-generation racer, father and coach Barry Waddell was a successful road racer in both sports cars and open-wheel cars for more than 25 years. In addition to the experience, training and insight he gains from his father; Ben utilizes today’s simulator technology namely with iRacing.com. His extensive simulator training has given Ben a strong familiarity with some of the great American race courses and speedways that he will be competing on.
Supported by his family, friends and community, Ben is looking for opportunities to fine-tune his racing craft at any opportunity whether in sports car or open-wheel racing.
Barry Waddell, Father & Coach
His father and coach, Barry Waddell, was a successful road racer in both sports cars and open-wheel cars for more than 25 years.
He currently serves as a professional driving coach having worked with RuSPORT, Sarah Fisher Hartman Racing, Michael Shank Racing and Target Ganassi Racing. His guidance and experience has helped Ben learn and develope his race craft.
